Chris has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. Along with his core management team they lead a cohesive and dynamic staff with diverse backgrounds including Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management and Landscape Architecture.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 1992 with concentrations in Structural Design and Geotechnical Engineering.

MConstruction Management Team (CMT)
The CMT works together to provide detailed construction cost estimates, schedules and constructability reviews for the analysis of prospective development acquisitions. Once a Project is deemed viable, the CMT works on purchasing labor and materials, implementing the work and turning over the new units.
